18 Sides is a leadership coaching experience that uses a round of golf as a live laboratory. Before you play, we do the work -- a Working Genius assessment that maps how you think, where you thrive, and where you stall. On the course, those patterns show up in real time. We debrief them in context, hole by hole.

This is not a golf lesson. The course is the setting. Clarity is the outcome.

When it’s useful:

When the challenge is bigger, more layered, or tied to leadership direction, team alignment, or a major decision. Best for leaders, operators, and executives who want space to fully explore the issue and move toward action.

What happens:

You complete a Working Genius assessment before the round to map how you think, contribute, and stall. The front nine is used for exploration, surfacing assumptions, pressure-testing your thinking, and identifying patterns. The back nine shifts toward direction, helping you move from awareness to decision, alignment, and next action.

Outcome:

A fuller picture of the challenge, a stronger understanding of your leadership patterns, and a practical path forward with more clarity, confidence, and momentum.

Front Nine. One challenge.

When it’s useful:

When you have one specific leadership challenge, decision, or point of friction that needs clarity. Best for leaders who want a focused experience without committing to a full round.

What happens:

You complete a Working Genius assessment before the round to identify how you think, work, and get stuck. Then, through nine holes of golf, we observe how those patterns show up under pressure, ambiguity, and decision fatigue. The experience includes a pre-round debrief and a post-round reflection session.
